While we occasionally receive funding from embassies, our primary support comes from private donations.

As a local foundation, distinct from an NGO, we operate without administrative staff, logistical support, secretaries, or paid personnel for fundraising, communication, or management tasks.

Our most effective communication tool is “word of mouth.” We have nothing to sell. Although relying on donations can be risky, it allows us to avoid conflicts of interest and gives us the freedom to shape our future independently.

We believe in development driven by local people working together to find local solutions to local issues. We trust that real progress is achieved through community collaboration and mutual support. We are committed to changing the world by changing how we treat each other. This philosophy is reflected in our unique service, as we treat the victims we assist on Vientiane’s roads with compassion, love, and respect.
